Ambi Wine Bar is looking for a server to join our team. This person is passionate about wine, has a positive attitude and is great at building relationships with our wonderful customers also composed under pressure, great at multi-tasking and highly adaptable!

Responsibilities:
Preparing space for guests by making sure the place is clean and tidy
Adhering to safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies
Guiding guests through our menu by providing insight and personal suggestions on best food/wine parings (we’ll train you!)
Keeping updated on rotating menu, specials, and which wines we may or may not have in stock
Serving wine and food to guests in a timely manner
Taking note of special requests or dietary restrictions of patrons
Performing basic cleaning tasks
Assisting with special events or private parties
Adhering to appearance and grooming standards on a consistent basis
Quickly and kindly addressing customer service issues or referring them to management when applicable
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience serving or bartending
Prior serving experience required
Must be 21+ years old to apply
Must present a valid driver’s license
Exceptional oral communication skills a must
Positive social skills required
Must be able to speak and write in English
Must pass criminal background check
Desired Proficiencies:
Well versed in food service regulations
Flexibility in all job aspects
Comfortable with utilizing technology in a business setting
Has a background in customer service
